Spread over thinly sliced baguettes or crackers, or spread over a grilled steak. This salty spread is a definite crowd-pleaser! This appetizer can be served warm or at room temperature.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup black olives
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp dried parsley
  • 1/2 tsp dried thyme
  • 2 Tbsp capers
  • 1 tsp dijon
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • Baguette

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients, except oil, to a mini food processor, and pulse until you get the texture you want (tiny pieces of olives - not puréed).
  • Pour into a small fry pan and add oil. Lightly sauté until garlic is cooked.
  • Serve warm or at room temperature, with GF crackers or thinly sliced GF baguette.
