Raspberry Coulis
Can be used as a topping on cakes, ice cream, or whatever else you can think of!

Raspberry Coulis
Ingredients
- 2 cups frozen raspberries
- 2-4 Tbsp icing sugar or agave
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
- Put all the ingredients in a food processor or blender and mix to a smooth purée. Taste, add more sugar if desired.
- With a fine mesh sieve over a clean bowl, pour the mixture in and use a spoon rub the purée though the sieve to remove the raspberry seeds.
What about seeds in the cake?
The raspberry seeds are strained out of this sauce that can be used to drizzle over cakes, ice cream or whatever else you’d like to use it for. Hope you like it!
