Can be used as a topping on cakes, ice cream, or whatever else you can think of
- 2 cups frozen raspberries
- 2-4 Tbsp icing sugar (or agave)
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- Put all the ingredients in a food processor or blender and mix to a smooth purée. Taste, add more sugar if desired.
- With a fine mesh sieve over a clean bowl, pour the mixture in and use a spoon rub the purée though the sieve to remove the raspberry seeds.
