Raspberry Coulis

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups frozen raspberries
  • 2-4 Tbsp icing sugar or agave
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice

Instructions
 

  • Put all the ingredients in a food processor or blender and mix to a smooth purée. Taste, add more sugar if desired.
  • With a fine mesh sieve over a clean bowl, pour the mixture in and use a spoon rub the purée though the sieve to remove the raspberry seeds.
