Mildly spiced with cinnamon, cloves, and nutmeg gives this dish a unique flavor.
Ingredients
  • 8 pork chops
  • 1½ cup glace cherries
  • ¼ cup GF rice syrup
  • ¼ cup slivered almonds
  • ¼ cup red wine vinegar
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp nutmeg
  • ¼ tsp ground cloves
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • ⅛ tsp black pepper
Instructions
  1. Fry pork chops in skillet.
  2. Meanwhile, combine cherries, syrup, vinegar, salt, pepper and spices in a sauce pan. Bring to boil and boil for one minute.
  3. Add the almonds and pour a third of the sauce over the frying chops.
  4. Pour the remaining sauce over the chops when serving.
