Ingredients
  

  • 8 pork chops
  • 1 1/2 cup glace cherries
  • 1/4 cup GF rice syrup
  • 1/4 cup slivered almonds
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp ground cloves
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Fry pork chops in skillet.
  • Meanwhile, combine cherries, syrup, vinegar, salt, pepper and spices in a sauce pan. Bring to boil and boil for one minute.
  • Add the almonds and pour a third of the sauce over the frying chops.
  • Pour the remaining sauce over the chops when serving.
