This is a tasty recipe with pork but if you prefer to use whole chicken breasts make sure to increase the cooking time.
Ingredients
  • 4 pork loin chops
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 1 tsp GF chicken bouillon
  • 1-2 cups water
  • 1 cup half & half, or heavy cream
  • ¼ cup GF cream cheese
  • 1 tsp curry powder
  • 1 pinch turmeric
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp salt
Instructions
  1. Heat olive oil in skillet to medium-high. Add pork chops and brown on both sides. Reduce heat to low, add water and bouillon, then cover and simmer for about an hour (turn once about half way through, do not let water evaporate completely - add more water if necessary). Remove chops from skillet, and set aside.
  2. Add remaining ingredients in the order listed and stir until blended.
  3. Simmer uncovered for approximately 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until cheese is melted then add meat back into skillet and simmer another 10 minutes. Sauce will thicken as it cools.
