Whether you ran out, or you’re not sure if the seasoning blend you have is gluten free, then make your own!

  • 10 whole dried red chilies
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp ground oregano
  1. Version 1 - combine all ingredients and store in a sealed container.
  2. Version 2 - remove and discard seeds from whole dried chilies. Place peppers and remaining ingredients in a mini food processor or spice grinder and process until finely ground.
