Greek 5 Layer Dip
Mediterranean flavors are layered together to create an awesome appy.
Dice the olives and veggies into small uniform sized pieces.
For dipping, grill some gluten free Naan Bread or make your own rice or corn tortillas chips.

Greek 5 Layer Dip
Ingredients
- 1 cup hummus
- 1/2 cup feta crumbled
- 1/3 cup Greek plain yogurt
- 3/4 tsp oregano
- 1/2 clove garlic minced
- Zest from 1 lemon
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes sliced
- 1/3 cup cucumbers diced
- 2 Tbsp kalamata olives sliced
Instructions
- In the bottom of a pie plate, or into individual mini mason jars, add hummus.
- In a bowl mix together feta, yogurt, oregano, garlic and lemon zest. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Spread over hummus.
- Cover with layers of remaining ingredients, in order listed.
- Serve with gluten free corn chips or wedges of our pita-like Naan Bread.
