hummus

feta
crumbled

Greek plain yogurt

tsp
oregano
1/2
clove
garlic
minced
Zest from 1 lemon
Salt and pepper
to taste

cup
cherry tomatoes
sliced
1/3
cup
cucumbers
diced

Tbsp
kalamata olives
sliced
Instructions
In the bottom of a pie plate, or into individual mini mason jars, add hummus.
In a bowl mix together feta, yogurt, oregano, garlic and lemon zest. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Spread over hummus.
Cover with layers of remaining ingredients, in order listed.
Serve with gluten free corn chips or wedges of our pita-like

Notes
You can use regular tomatoes, although I prefer using cherry tomatoes since they are not as juicy and don't add excess liquid to the dip.
