Greek 5 Layer Dip

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup hummus
  • 1/2 cup feta crumbled
  • 1/3 cup Greek plain yogurt
  • 3/4 tsp oregano
  • 1/2 clove garlic minced
  • Zest from 1 lemon
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes sliced
  • 1/3 cup cucumbers diced
  • 2 Tbsp kalamata olives sliced

Instructions
 

  • In the bottom of a pie plate, or into individual mini mason jars, add hummus.
  • In a bowl mix together feta, yogurt, oregano, garlic and lemon zest. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Spread over hummus.
  • Cover with layers of remaining ingredients, in order listed.
  • Serve with gluten free corn chips or wedges of our pita-like Naan Bread.

Notes

You can use regular tomatoes, although I prefer using cherry tomatoes since they are not as juicy and don't add excess liquid to the dip.
