Fig and balsamic vinegar is an amazing combination, sweet yet tangy, with a hint of smokiness. Delicious used as a glaze over BBQ grilled chicken.
Whisk together fig spread, vinegar, mustard, and seasonings in a small dish. Brush meat with half the mixture and place on hot grill.
Half way through cooking, basting again with remaining fig mixture.
Balsamic & Fig Glazed Chicken
- 4 chicken breasts or 8 chicken thighs
- ¼ cup fig spread
- 2 Tbsp GF balsamic vinegar
- 1 Tbsp GF grainy mustard
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
