Tofu Fruit Smoothie

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups strawberries
  • 2 bananas
  • 4 oz. tofu
  • 1/8-1/4 cup sweetener honey, agave
  • 2-3 tsp vanilla
  • Water juice, coconut water, or almond milk

Instructions
 

  • Freeze the fruit before blending (you can also use blueberries, raspberries, peaches, pears, kiwis, or whatever you like).
  • Blend all ingredients thoroughly, adding just enough liquid to bring the smoothie to the desired consistency.
