Jalapeno & Sriracha Spicy Butter
These spicy butters give veggies the perfect kick!
Mix ingredients together by hand, or place everything in a mini food processor.

Jalapeno & Sriracha Flavored Butter
Ingredients
Jalapeno & Cilantro Butter
- ½ cup butter softened (or margarine)
- ½ green jalapeno seeded & finely chopped
- ½ red jalapeno seeded & finely chopped
- 1-2 Tbsp pickled canned jalapeno, finely chopped
- 1 Tbsp brine from pickled jalapenos
- ½ cup fresh cilantro chopped
Sriracha & Lime butter
- ½ cup butter softened (or margarine)
- 2 limes juiced & zested
- 2 Tbsp fresh cilantro finely chopped
- ½-1 Tbsp Sriracha or other GF hot sauce
Instructions
- For either recipe, combined all ingredients together by hand, or pulse together in a mini food processor.
- Scrape into a covered dish and chill until needed. Or scrape onto a piece of plastic wrap and shape into a log. Wrap in plastic and chill until firm. Cut into 'coins' to serve.
