Tangy cheese, sweet pear, and crunchy candied pecans are a flavor-packed bite!
Pear & Blue Cheese Cracker Appy's
- 20 GF crackers
- 1/4 cup GF blue cheese
- 1 pear
- 1/3 cup Candied Pecans
- Core pear using an apple corer, and slice into ¼” rings.
- Over medium heat, sauté pear slices in a bit of oil until soft and starts to turn golden (both sides). Remove from heat, and cut into small wedges.
- Prepare candied pecans according to recipe.
- On to each cracker, spread a small about of blue cheese, add a piece of pear and one candied pecan.
