This moist cake tastes just like a cake donut.
- 1 ½ cups butter or margarine
- 8 oz GF cream cheese
- 2 ½ cups sugar
- 6 eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp salt
- 3 cup rice flour
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- Beat together the butter and cream cheese on low speed until smooth. Then add the sugar and whip for 4 minutes.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each. Then add in the remaining ingredients. Beat on low until smooth.
- Pour into greased 9 x 9 pan and bake at 350°F for 25-30 until done.
