This moist cake tastes just like a cake donut.
Ingredients
  • 1 ½ cups butter or margarine
  • 8 oz GF cream cheese
  • 2 ½ cups sugar
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 3 cup rice flour
  • ¼ tsp nutmeg
Instructions
  1. Beat together the butter and cream cheese on low speed until smooth. Then add the sugar and whip for 4 minutes.
  2. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each. Then add in the remaining ingredients. Beat on low until smooth.
  3. Pour into greased 9 x 9 pan and bake at 350°F for 25-30 until done.
