Adorable chocolate filled candy cane hearts are perfect for gift giving.
Candy Cane Chocolate Hearts
- 32 GF mini candy canes
- 1/2 cup GF white chocolate
- 1/2 cup GF semi-sweet chocolate
- Unwrap candy canes from plastic,and place in a heart shape on a parchment/silicone lined baking sheet.
- Melt chocolate in different bowls. Then gently spoon into each heart. Save some extra chocolate so you can drizzle over them if you like (use the white chocolate to drizzle over the dark chocolate heats, etc).
- Sprinkle on any decorations you'd like (crushed candy cane, sprinkles, nuts), then put in fridge to set.
