Salt Substitute
If you’re trying to reduce your salt intake, try this easy substitute. Filled with lots of different flavors it really does help season foods without the use of salt.
Mix all ingredients together under uniformly distributed. I used a mortar and pestle to grind the thyme, since I didn’t have ground thyme.

Ingredients
- 4 Tbsp mustard powder
- 4 Tbsp onion powder
- 2 Tbsp white pepper
- 1 Tbsp garlic powder
- 1 Tbsp Hungarian paprika
- 1 Tbsp dried ground thyme
- 1 tsp dried ground basil
Instructions
- Mix together all ingredients until well combined.
