Batter

GF cornmeal

rice milk

rice flour
1/3

potato starch
1/3

tapioca flour

butter or margarine
melted

cider vinegar

tsp
chili powder

tsp
xanthan gum

tsp
baking powder

salt

baking soda

cooking oil for deep frying
Instructions
Combine all ingredients except the hot dogs in a food processor.
Mix until it's smooth. Place a popsicle stick through each hot dog.
Holding onto stick, dip all sides of hotdog into the batter. Deep fry until golden brown in color.
Notes
Only cook three corn dogs at a time, because you want to keep the oil temperature quite hot.
