Quinoa Porridge

Easy and quick in the morning.

Total Time 20 mins
- 1/4 cup quinoa
- 150 ml water
- Suggested Toppings: cream almonds, raisins, cinnamon, brown sugar.
Place the grain in a fine sieve and rinse well to wash the grain.
Combine the water and quinoa grain in a pot and bring to a boil.
Simmer for 15 minutes and then drain.
Add any toppings you like.
