- ¼ cup quinoa
- 150 ml water
- Suggested Toppings: cream, almonds, raisins, cinnamon, brown sugar.
- Place the grain in a fine sieve and rinse well to wash the grain.
- Combine the water and quinoa grain in a pot and bring to a boil.
- Simmer for 15 minutes and then drain.
- Add any toppings you like.
