  • 1/4 cup quinoa
  • 150 ml water
  • Suggested Toppings: cream almonds, raisins, cinnamon, brown sugar.


  • Place the grain in a fine sieve and rinse well to wash the grain.
  • Combine the water and quinoa grain in a pot and bring to a boil.
  • Simmer for 15 minutes and then drain.
  • Add any toppings you like.
