Flourless Chocolate Hazelnut Cake

Dark rich chocolate with essence of coffee.

- 8 oz dark chocolate
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup strong fresh coffee
- 4 eggs separated
- 1/2 cup hazelnuts ground
Combine chocolate, butter, sugar and coffee in saucepan and stir over low heat until dissolved.
Remove from heat and whisk in egg yolks and nuts.
Beat egg whites until firm and fold gently into chocolate mixture, then pour batter into a greased 8x8 baking ban and bake at 350°F for 1 hour.
