1 12-16ouncepackage whole cranberriesfresh or frozen
1cupsugar
1whole orange
Instructions
Finely chop cranberries in food processor.
Zest orange, and add to food processor.
Use a knife to segment the orange (keep only flesh-no membranes), then add it to the processor along with sugar. Pulse a few times so everything is consistently chopped.
Refrigerate until needed.
Notes
Add some pickled diced banana peppers if you'd like to add a bit of heat to the relish.
