Dairy Free Whipped Cream

A dairy free whip cream using soy.

Total Time 8 mins
- 1/2 cup soy milk
- 1/4 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 tsp safflower oil
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 1 pinch salt
Combine soy milk and vanilla in a blender and mix at medium speed.
While the blender is mixing, slowly add the oil. This mixture will become thick (if it does not thicken than add a bit more oil).
Once thickened add in the honey and salt and blend until well mixed.
