  • 1/2 cup soy milk
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp safflower oil
  • 1 Tbsp honey
  • 1 pinch salt


  • Combine soy milk and vanilla in a blender and mix at medium speed.
  • While the blender is mixing, slowly add the oil. This mixture will become thick (if it does not thicken than add a bit more oil).
  • Once thickened add in the honey and salt and blend until well mixed.
