Sweet lemony glaze, perfect for pouring over cakes or cookies.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/3 cups icing sugar
  • 1 Tbsp maple syrup
  • 4 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp lemon zest

Instructions
 

  • Whisk together all ingredients, then pour over cooled cakes or cookies. Let sit at room temperature for the glaze to dry/set.
  • For a thicker glaze, let mixture stand for 30 minutes, then spread over your dessert.
