2 lb prawns, peeled & de-veined

mangoes

cups
apricot juice
1 1/2
Tbsp
fresh mint
chopped
Instructions
In a food processor, blend the mangoes, juice and mint.
Pour into a microwave-safe dish and microwave on HIGH for three minutes.
Grill prawns, then serve with mango dip.
