Buttermilk Scones

- 1 cup rice flour
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 3/4 cup cornstarch
- 1/2 cup potato starch
- 1/4 cup tapioca flour
- 2 Tbsp bean flour
- 2 1/2 tsp xanthan gum
- 2 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 1/2 Tbsp sugar
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine cold
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup nuts finely chopped
- 1/2 cup raisins
Thoroughly mix the first nine dry ingredients into a large bowl.
Combine the rest of the ingredients and blend well.
Form gently into scones shapes then place on a lightly greased baking sheet.
Bake at 400°F for 20 minutes, or until lightly browned.
