Oil & Balsamic Vinegar Dipping Sauce

Great served with GF Focaccia or a crust baguette.

- 3 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 Tbsp good quality GF balsamic vinegar
- Parmesan cheese optional
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- GF Baguette or GF Focaccia
Into a small shallow plate for each person, mix 3 parts oil to 1-2 parts balsamic vinegar. Gently swirl the plate to lightly mix the two together.
If you like, season with salt, pepper, and Parmesan cheese.
Warm your favorite GF bread loaf and served sliced.
