Moroccan Fried Chicken

Turmeric and paprika are a staple in Moroccan cooking, and add great flavor to plain fried chicken.

- 6-8 chicken pieces
- 1/2 cup rice flour
- 1/2 cup cornstarch
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp paprika
Mix dry ingredients and place in a bag. Shake chicken pieces one at a time in dry mixture until thoroughly coated.
Place chicken pieces in a greased 9x13" pan making sure their is space between each piece, and bake at 375°F for 50 to 60 minutes.
