Apple Tuna Salad

Apples make this a sweet and crunchy salad.

- 2 apples chopped
- 2 stalks celery chopped
- 1 can tuna flaked
- 1/4 cup GF mayonnaise
- Salt and pepper your preference
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp sugar
Drain all the juice out of the tuna and mix it with the rest of the ingredients.
Serve on your favorite GF bun, or use butter lettuce leaves as a 'wrap' for the tuna salad.
