Slider Buns

Great white bun or bread recipe.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cups warm water
  • 2 Tbsp honey or sugar
  • 2 1/2 tsp yeast 1 8g packet
  • 3 eggs
  • 4 Tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp cider vinegar
  • 2 cup rice flour
  • 1/2 cup tapioca flour
  • 1/2 cup potato starch
  • 3 tsp xanthan gum
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions
 

  • In mixing bowl, add water and honey. Mix well then sprinkle yeast over top. Let sit for 10 minutes so yeast will activate. Then add remaining wet ingredients and mix.
  • In another bowl mix all dry ingredients together, then add into wet mixture. Mix until incorporated. The batter will be thick (like pancake batter).
  • To make slider buns (for mini burgers), use an ice cream scoop to form dough. Place on greased baking sheet and let rise for 30 minutes. Then bake for 25-30 minutes at 350°F, or until internal temperature reaches between 200°F-208°F, using an instant read thermometer (using a thermometer is the only way to be sure you loaf is fully cooked).
