Horseradish Sauce

With condiments, fresh is always better than store-bought in my opinion.

- 1 cup GF sour cream
- 1/4 cup fresh horseradish grated
- 1 Tbsp GF Dijon mustard or regular mustard
- 1 tsp white wine vinegar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
Whisk together all ingredients.
Place in a sealed container and let flavors blend in fridge for at least 4 hours.
Store in fridge for 2-3 weeks.
