This blend produces light and fluffy cakes and pastries.

Ingredients

cup
sweet white sorghum flour
1
cup
white rice flour
¾
cup
cornstarch
1 ½
tsp
xanthan gum
½
tsp
salt
Instructions
Mix all ingredients well and store in the freezer in an air tight container.
Notes
Remember to omit salt in the recipes you make, as the flour mix already contains it.
