- Potatoes
- Sweet Potatoes
- Parnsips large
- Carrots large
- Olive oil
- Rosemary
- Salt and pepper
Wash vegetables (no need to peel), and slice lengthwise 1/4" thick.
Using a small metal cookie cutter, cut out veggies and place on a baking sheet.
Drizzle with some oil, sprinkle on seasonings then toss to coat.
Bake at 400°F for 20-30 minutes or until soft.
