Keep some pomegranate seeds in your freezer and whenever you need a treat, grab a handful.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 ripe pomegranates

Instructions
 

  • Remove the seeds (see How to Seed A Pomegranate), remove any membranes, and spread out on a plastic lined baking sheet into a single layer. Once frozen, gently break up any that have froze together, then place all the seeds into a sealed container.
