Garlic & Cheese Biscuits

Soft, cheesy, and filled with garlic and Italian flavors.

Topping
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine melted
- 1/4 tsp garlic salt or garlic powder
- ½ tsp Italian seasoning
Combine flour and garlic salt, then cut in butter with fork or pastry cutter. Once the mixture looks like coarse crumbs, add the cheese and toss until fully coated.
Mix in the eggs, then just enough milk until a thick dough forms.
Shape or drop spoonfuls of dough onto an ungreased cookie sheet, and bake at 425°F for 8-15 minutes (depending on size of biscuit), or until tops and bottom are golden. Break one open to be sure its cooked throughout.
For the topping, combine everything together and set aside.
As soon as biscuits are removed form the oven, use a pastry brush and coat the tops of each with the butter mixture. Serve hot out of the oven.
