plain Greek yogurt

garlic

fresh basil
chopped

fresh dill
chopped

fresh chives
chopped

lemon zest

paprika

cup
oil packed sun-dried tomatoes
finely chopped, optional
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Combine all ingredients and let sit for at least one hour to allow flavors to develop.
Notes
If using dry sun-dried tomatoes, soften them first in hot water. Drain well.
