Hawaiian BBQ Pizza with Paleo Crust

Using BBQ sauce and grilling the pineapple and ham, gives this pizza a hint of smokiness, making it a uniquely tropical Hawaiian pizza.

Ingredients
  

  • Paleo Pizza Crust or regular Herb Pizza Crust
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil divided
  • ½ cored pineapple cut into rings
  • 1 bunch scallions chopped
  • ¼ cup GF BBQ sauce
  • 1 to mato seeded & finely diced
  • 1-2 cups GF pepper jack cheese grated
  • ¼ lb GF deli ham chopped

Instructions
 

  • Prepare dough and pre-cook according to recipe directions.
  • Brush pineapple rings, scallions and meat with some oil and grill until golden and marked. Set aside.
  • Combine BBQ sauce and tomatoes and brush over pre-cooked crust. Top with cheese and remaining grilled toppings. Broil until cheese is melted.

Notes

If vegan or dairy free, replace toppings as needed
