GFC High Fiber Flour Blend

Best for breads and pancakes.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup brown rice or sorghum flour
  • 1/2 cup teff flour
  • 1/2 cup millet flour
  • 2/3 cup tapioca starch/flour
  • 1/3 cup cornstarch or potato starch

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients and mix well.
  • Store in an airtight container at room temperature until ready to use.
