Tahini Sauce

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup tahini paste
  • Juice of 2 lemons
  • 2 tsp cumin
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • ½ cup hot water
  • Salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients together in a blender or food processor and puree until smooth.

Notes

For a milder taste, use 3 cloves of baked garlic
