or coconut water if desired

ground ginger

Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.
Add some ice if desired and blend again.
If desired, garnish with some toasted coconut.
Notes
For a sweeter drink, replace the cocoa with a gluten free chocolate drink powder or use vanilla flavored (sweetened) almond milk.
