Low Carb Tortilla Chips

  • Preheat baking pan in oven at 400°F.
  • Cut wraps into 6-8 wedges, brush with olive and sprinkle with seasonings if desired.
  • Bake for 10-15 minutes, flipping halfway through.


I also tried deep frying these to see if it made a crispier chip, but I found baking produced the best results.
