GF pizza sauce

mozzarella cheese
shredded

mushrooms
chopped

green pepper
chopped

chopped
Instructions
Thoroughly mix eggs, rice flour, bean flour, cornstarch, xanthan gum, baking powder, baking soda, salt, sugar, garlic powder and oregano.
Blend the remaining ingredients in well.
Grease muffin tins and fill with batter 2/3 full. Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes or until lightly browned.
Note: A variety of your favorite vegetables or meat can be used.
