White Sandwich Bread (Bread Machine)

Ingredients
  

WET INGREDIENTS

  • 3 eggs lightly beaten
  • 2/3 cups warm water
  • 2/3 cups milk or milk alternative
  • 3 Tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp cider vinegar

DRY INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup bean flour
  • 1 cup brown or white rice flour
  • 1/2 cup tapioca flour
  • 1/2 cup cornstarch
  • 3 Tbsp sugar
  • 3 1/2 tsp xanthan gum
  • 2 1/4 tsp active dry yeast
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions
 

  • Follow bread maker instructions for a short cycle bread (with only one rise).

Notes

Try substituting the bean flour for almond flour for a slightly different (but great!) texture and flavor.
