Frosted Almonds

Be sure to fill up the snack bowl to full because they will be gone in no time!

- 2 egg whites
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 3 cups whole blanched almonds
Whisk together eggs whites, sugar, cinnamon and salt.
Toss in the almonds and stir until coated.
Place almonds on a lined baking sheet and bake at 350°F for 20 minutes or until crunchy.
