Spicy Candy Coated Almonds

Toasted almonds with a spicy sizzle candy coating.

- 4 cups whole almonds
- 2 Tbsp oil
- 1 Tbsp sugar
- 2 tsp chilli powder
- 2 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 garlic powder
In a bowl, mix cumin, chilli powder, garlic powder, salt and sugar. Set aside.
In another bowl, stir almonds with oil until they're completely covered. Then pour them into the spice mixture and toss until they are completed coated.
Place on a baking sheet and bake at 325°F for about 20 minutes (stirring about every 5 minutes).
Let this sit until it's cooled off. Then, store it in an airtight container until you're ready to serve it.
