Macadamia Ginger Cookies

Macadamia nut butter and crystallized ginger go great together in these cookies.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup macadamia butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup crystallized ginger finely chopped

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients and mix well.
  • Dollop heaped teaspoons of the mixture (it will be sticky) on a greased baking tray. Flatten slightly with a wet fork, and bake at 350°F for about 15 minutes until they're light brown.
