Macadamia Ginger Cookies

Macadamia nut butter and crystallized ginger go great together in these cookies.

- 1 cup macadamia butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup crystallized ginger finely chopped
Combine all ingredients and mix well.
Dollop heaped teaspoons of the mixture (it will be sticky) on a greased baking tray. Flatten slightly with a wet fork, and bake at 350°F for about 15 minutes until they're light brown.
