Corn & Avocado Salad

- 1 - 16 oz. bag frozen corn
- 1 red onion diced
- 2 to matoes diced
- 2 cucumbers peeled and diced
- 1 cup green onion chopped
- 1/2 cup cilantro leaves chopped
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
- 2 Tbsp parsley chopped
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 2 avocados diced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Combine all ingredients, except avocado, then chill 30 minutes.
Gently mix in avocado before serving.
