Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk*
  • 1 banana
  • 4 ice cubes
  • 2 tsp agave or honey optional

Instructions
 

  • In a blender, combine all ingredients and purée until smooth.

Notes

*You can use either the thicker canned coconut milk, or the coconut milk beverage
