Peanut Sauce

The perfect dipping sauce for everything from grilled chicken to salad rolls.

- 1/4 cup GF smooth peanut butter
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 1 Tbsp ginger minced
- 2 Tbsp honey or agave
- 1/4 cup cilantro chopped
- 1 1/2 Tbsp lime juice
- 1 tsp Siracha or other GF hot sauce
- 1/4 cup GF soy sauce
Add all ingredients into a blender or mini food processor, and purée until smooth.
If you want a thinner sauce, add 1-2 Tbsp rice wine vinegar.
