Candied Pecans

These sweet and crunchy nuts are perfect for snacking, or add them to salads.

- 1 egg white
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 1/2 cups whole pecans
Using a whisk, beat together the egg white and brown sugar until frothy.
Add the pecans and gently stir until the nuts are completely coated.
Transfer to a silicone or parchment lined baking sheet, spreading out to an even layer so they are not touching.
Bake at 300°F for 30 minutes. Allow to cool completely before using.
