Ingredients
  

  • 12 Strips of GF Bacon

Instructions
 

  • Place strips of bacon in a single layer on a rimmed baking sheet (with foil or without), be sure not to overlap or they won't crisp evenly.
  • Place baking pan into cold oven on the lower rack and set temperature to 400°F. Check doneness after 17-20 minutes. If you want crispier bacon, cook another 3-5 minutes, but keep an eye on it as it crisps up quickly past this point.
  • Remove bacon to a paper towel to drain.

Notes

You don't need to cover the bacon in the oven, there is little to no grease splatter with this method.
